Soon after the completion of Disney World someone said, “Isn’t it a shame that Walt Disney didn’t live to see this!”
Mike Vance, creative director of Disney Studios replied…
“He did see it – that’s why it’s here.”

Nice new blog design Andrew…that guy looks just like you! =)
Anyway, having a vision for your business is CRUCIAL. That’s an awesome quote, because it really speaks to the importance of knowing where you’re headed, and dreaming big. My fiancee always says I’m a “Visionary”, and I think we can all relate to that, or we wouldn’t be reading this blog, right?
That said, the key is to have the vision, and act upon it!
Later Andrew,

Wow. Nice change. I like the design. I tend to be wishy-washy regarding whether I like “minimized” (you know – 600×800 or whatever) themes, or fuller sized themes. Sometime smaller seems better, sometimes not. This theme seems to be feature-rich.
Just make sure you watch the font size. Us “older guys” need all the help we can get
Regarding business vision: I think I’ve really been trying to find it for a long time. And, maybe that’s why I’m not as successful as I could be (it relates to your posts about getting distracted – yes, I’m really, really bad in that respect). However, some ideas have occurred to me lately that really do mesh a lot better with my (ADHD) personality type, as well as my (pretty formidable) programming and analysis skills. Add a fair amount of IM expertise, and I may have a great new business plan. I just have to stay on track now (which is easier since I recently “hired” my wife to help me with a number of tasks).
The vision I have for my business is that I will offer a service that really saves people time, money, and energy while making me enough money to be comfortable.
I just found your site and so far am a huge fan. Thanks for the great info.
All the best,
Theresa
Hey Andrew,
Nice update to the blog love the social media side of your blog.
It’s about time you became more “sociable”
Hm. Thats a tough one. I write a popular blog, and I know what the focus of the blog is but I have never thought about a vision or the future of the blog in the direction that I want to take.
I guess I have been so focused on churning out content and promoting the blog that
Surely your not only succesful if you have a visition?
