My niche site went from PR0-PR5 when google last update. It takes patience to build up links and wait for your site to show up in search engine. But once it did, you will feel it's worth it. But my site is not crawled as fast as yours. I wonder why? Maybe it's my blog posting frequency? :) I follow your methods. :)
