I didn’t do this to show off how much money I make because if you look, you’ll see that each check here is for only a small amount, from $10 to I think $1900.00 or something…
I don’t promote much “check stuff” so most of my money comes through Paypal.
You see, cashing US checks in Australia is a bit of a pain – it costs $10 per transaction and it takes the bank cashier like 10 minutes per check for some reason. I asked once and she said they have to send each check back to the US to verify it or something and it takes 20 business days in Australia to clear.
So I thought just to give the teller a headache, I’d save up a bunch of checks and take them to her all at once. At 10 minutes each I’m excited to see the look on her face when I bring in 9 of these bad boys!
Mean? Maybe… Funny? Definitely! 
Oh and the other benefit is that I don’t have to pay a $10 fee per check this way, I can just pay 1 $10 fee for the lot – BARGAIN!
Finally, I won’t lie, I wanted to take a photo of me with alot of checks, all be they tiny – something very “I’m a cool internet marketer” about it
There was a time when I couldn’t even imagine getting sent money in the mail for sitting at my computer doing some thing I really enjoyed…
Who knows what else is possible if we can expand our perception to be able to accept it?

I just bank in one clickbank check, will take 30 days to clear. OMG.
I am in your list, I seldom see you promote products. Those checks are from your niche marketing efforts?
Which bank do you use? The cheapest I’ve found are Westpac ($15 for many) or St George ($11 for two, $16 for three).

Iv wanted to ask you this question for a while now glad I found the blog as I also live in Aus also.
Iv done the whole pop the check into the bank routine and all up took about 4 weeks to get the $ in my bank account.
What do you do if you are not in the country for more then 90 days (cheques expire!)?
Love to hear as the paypal cheque routine is a bit old fashioned and (Aus is worse) with the whole sending it back routine.
I mean if you really look at it……………………
We have our trusty computers which made us money instantly! from the other side of the world. Only for our money to whiz around the world a few times to be of any use.

Be careful with those checks that expire in 90 days. It’s 90 days from the date on the check thru to processing overseas – not 90 days until you deposit it.
