Feed Subscription Is Active Again

FINALLY…

If you’re one of the people who’d been coming to this blog wondering why the feed subscription hadn’t been working, you can fear no longer.

After some much appreciated help from (an albeit random and hidden) Feedburner support team, the issue is resolved.

FYI for all: I just tried contacting them at that address and got an automatic reply telling me to post my question in the feedburner help forums (which I’ve already done, to no avail).

If anybody has an alternative means of contacting a real human being at feedburner, PLEASE let me know! thanks

  Same here. And no response since. Dealing with feedburner has been *incredibly* frustrating. Does anyone know a phone number or any other way to contact them? For those who resolved their problems via this email address, did they follow up directly with you?
